When I found out who was on the list for me this week, I didn't even go to their diary. (It was Jon). I closed my eyes and just prayed, letting God guide me. I prayed generally, asking for all that God knew about to be blessed and taken care of. I figure, if someone has a specific need for prayer..something very special, they will do like I do and ask specifically for it. But for praying over their entire life and family, I felt very moved by God as I did so.
Now, that is just me but that is how I did it. I let the spirit guide me, and prayed without knowing the circumstances.
God Bless,
Kelly

Hi Jon
And it shall be that before they call I will answer; and while they are yet speaking I will hear. _Isaiah 65:24 Amp. Bible
You are in my prayers.
Love you!

Jon - I have decided to explain exactly how I would have liked it to work, but it is obviously a lot harder for me to communicate my point across. I appreciate the direction though.
God Bless

Jon,
Pragmatic advice: Concentrate on what to pray for others. Ask what you are comfortable asking. Answer truthfully moderated with wisdom and discretion what a person asks of you. Allow the Holy Spirit take care of the rest.
My advice. Search it out where the answers can be found. If I am wrong, scripture could tell you so.
Kind of a glib reply, I realize, but I see it that simply. I will ask questions that I cannot demand an answer. I am nosy by nature, and speak before I think, sometimes. I am curious, but sometimes I don't need to know. Still, the harm is not in asking, it is demanding (not compassionately) and expecting everything to be answered.
In Truth,
Mel
PS, I stareted reading 1 John in parallel, just for grins. Thanks!
