Ok. I do not think anyone likes strife, and avoiding it when you can do so is probably wise. If you had said I was frustrated, I would have understood that as being so, and would not have wondered how you percieved it. I am sorry if my comment on Phil 4:13 was too gruff. I was trying for light hearted 'well, you know...' type banter, but obviously it must have come across as mean. I need work. My humor stinks. Sorry!

In my opinion Philippians 4:13 works no matter what or where, why, etc..I live in an area where there is alot of hate, strife, because of GANGS!..They talk to each other with guns (bullets). They hate each other. They do not know the meaning of love. Nor do they want to know. They are bitter towards each other. I'm soo tired of people being mean to each other. OK, if you say so you were frustrated and your humor stinks! (Smile)!

Frustrated -- Generally. At that particular moment, I do not remember being particularly so, but certainly that is an undercurrent in my life, and it may come out in strange and unexpected ways.
I will agree that Phil 4:13 works no matter what. It will stand on it's own. I guess I am overly concerned about context more often than not. And even if I insisted that the context is important there, that is my opinion and you are not judged by what I or anyone else walking around us thinks.
I really feel bad that I should have hurt you so.
I guess one to be mindful for me is this:
36But I tell you, on the day of judgment men will have to give account for every idle (inoperative, nonworking, careless) word they speak.
