bonsoir, mon frère Mel. Maybe if those people who desire to save the planet so much would become` Christ` huggers,and return to God way`s,they would be inspired to do something for this suffering Globe..there is nothing new or original left,they are recicling everything poison to poison.we need God`s Mercy and compassion it is a emergecy and He know it.. we are a dying world extinction is around the corner there would be a lot`s of material but no Human if God did not have a plan like Our Lord Jesus coming back in a nuclear blast and give his creation new directions guided by our King Jesus again. brother get ready.. a nuclear blast bring darkness meaning it will be dark,(day or night it will be dark)and our Jesus is Light, we will see Him for east to west on a cloud`(comet)`maybe well a cloud is a cloudso a cloud is ok with me. you ask me what does that got to do with tree `hugger`s.`they have lost there intelligence It`s time for Jesus to show up one more time,mastro FATHER GOD PLEASE WHAT IS THE NEXT MOVE THE "king"..AU REVOIR MON FRÈRE MEL...TA SOEUR...

A Nuclear Bomb Blast. The Sky being ripped back because of our Sun going Nova unexpectedly. Creation just falling apart because The One Whos Will holds everything together simply wills it to be no more. Of these trivialities and signs I will no longer get lost in thought over for great lengths of time. It will end when it is Ordained that it will. I don't argue with those who say the end times are here. I content myself to know that when the end comes, I will know it for what it is and be ready if it happens in my time! It sure looks like it could be! But even Jesus does not know that time. Only the Father!
If we, as humans, were so good at reading the signs, who in the Jewish Nation could have missed Jesus? But most did! So relying upon signs, (which Jesus told us could fail us) is not the way I think it is supposed to be.
I do get the impression that you may understand this to some extent, sister, and I don't condemn trying to understand the signs as they might be, but I warn you strongly not to make predictions that are not in your power to fulfil! Be careful! I don't want you to hurt yourself! (or beyond, which foreshadows what else I wish to say...)
And this message is actually intended to go beyond just "hugging trees". Although the message I am trying to deliver can perfectly well be taken literally, it is meant to be much deeper than that! I am trying to make poor parables, to cause us to wake up and think! (and yes, praise and glorify -- because we understand!)
Nonetheless, looking at my literal message and your response, I can only agree. The state of this world is deplorable around every corner. Every man has an answer on what to do, but Only God's answer is right!

I see no point in hugging a tree. And I see no point in saving a specific dying tree unless called for. But I remember once, in a “mountain (climbing) course” at the Military Academy, a fellow student of mine, in the mountains, kicked a small stone away from the track we were following. And the leader of the course, a grown up man, a civilian, a civilian engineer having left his former occupation, stopped and went those eight to ten meters away from the path to pick up the stone again and put it back to were it was kicked away from. He did that without saying a word. And then he let us continue our walk. Tihi! He made us think.

Indeed. I think I understand his mind set, but I am not sure. Was the fact that it "belonged" there, and that the carelessness with which it was kicked away was disrespectful? Or did you have a different understanding?

That was my understanding. But he never said anything about it himself, neither when I in the evaluation of the course confronted him with what had happened. I believe now he just wanted to make a point out of how we cadets were oriented towards nature. And he did.

Hey!Mel ,,I did not say a nuclear "Bomb"what i said is nuclear "blast" you see the earth is full of natural gas underground, Methane it would make a big big blast and they would be darkness.this earth is God creation and I dont think that He is going to let us destroy it;we lost the garden of eden;and Jesus add to come to save us by dying on a cross a(tree)at that,,now that we are saved and that we cannot be thrusted because of our humanity He Himself has got to come back to save the earth from it`s doom ..When He created the earth He said it is good.and this is the place of the New Jerusalem so `Satan there is a hole for you in the earth a chain ready that will hold you for a 1000 years..so Lucifer if you do`not mind we childrens of God saved by the precious blood of Jesus Christ the Son of the living God The almighty Jehova God.we know that you will brun forever and ever at the end. ..come Lord Jesus come..Amen Mel my brother .Jetaime..

I believe, jetaime, The Lord will let the sun go out, and the moon be darkened, and the stars end shining, though keep up the light. The light God created first, and so he created the sun, the moon, and the stars. I think that would be a very efficient thing to do. Thihi! And that is how I understand Isaiah 13:9-11. :)
