People will happily argue and debate about Scripture but start applying it to their lives and, whoa, watch the fangs and claws come out.

Lois just had another post I read, and I don't really know if it keyed this or not, but anyways:

Solomon made many comments in his Proverbs about a contentious wife. How many wives did he have? Hmmm.

Seems that wisdom may cone through trials and even failings. I have my doubts that all of Solomons wives were always the way he desired, and to be sure there had to be some conflict somewhere in all of that.

Wisdom, still, comes from God. We can seek it, but it is his to give.

    AMEN,

    Mel

I find that after Mel's comment, that it is rather interesting to note that "Wisdom" is female!!!!
Thanks Bob for the post, that Solomon asked God for wisdom because he realised that we all need it applied to our lives.

Interesting comments today for sure! No doubt Solomon learned a LOT from his wives and do not forget all the mother in laws!!!

    Stuart... you are meddling now!

    Be blessed all!
