Ya know sometimes the idea of leaving can be a two edged sword. I know I have been there. If things really get that bad you have to take into consideration that you would have to start all over again building relationships. Perhaps the thought of leaving would be better to be looked at as an opportunity to step back. Maybe you need to make a space for someone else. Maybe you just need a break, or maybe you are supposed to move on I think that much prayer should be entered into before making a decision, but then you did say you were not really thinking about that at this point, didn't you
