Leviticus 19:9-18-----
This contains five sections with five precepts
retlating to holiness in everyday affairs.
1..regard for the poor,v9,10...
2..regard for the truth,v11,12...
3..regard for te employee and the helpless,v13,14....
4..regard for the rich, v15...
5..regard for one's neighbor, v16,17,18....
Duet. 22:1-4....
This tenth subsection regards the law of respect for the property of one's fellowman.
The relation of this subject to homicide may be that this law sought to prevent the unnecessary loss of life through intentional oversight.
