God does not want anyone to live in oppression. In Isaiah's verse He tells us that He can help us release the things that keep us in captivity. If we have any sin, or guilt harbouring inside of us, He wants us to get it out and to let Him in. He is merciful and will forgive us for our sins and transgressions. If we have been hurt as a child or adult, He wants us to let it go. He wants to comfort us and help us live a more Godly life. Thanks Marsha for sharing this verse. God bless you.

Hi Mary Lou, Amen!.. I have been deeply hurt as a child by my mother and dad. And as an adult by my mother. Since my dad passed away. My brother told me the grim reaper came and took our dad. I forgave (forgive)them!..I let go of it! My dad is dead. My mother has bad health...Thank you very much for your wonderful comment. May God bless you always.

Good for you Marsha.
Let it go... Jesus came so that we could be free. He does not want you to continue to hurt. God does not want you to suffer in silence. He wants to tear down your strongholds and receive freedom through His Son. We can turn to Jesus now, for the help we need.
We are all daughters of royalty, daughters of the King of Kings. If Satan has convinced you that you deserve less you have a stronghold. My prayer is that the Holy Spirit will restore lost dignity, teach us our true identity, and liberate us. We can turn to Jesus Christ for the help and the healing we need.
