Hi Lois, as always enjoyed your encouraging post. I did ponder the question as to why do many complain that they do not sense the Lord's presence, as though God is not trying hard enough to let them know He is there! As I read your great post, dear sister, the answer seems to me to be a lack of a prayer life of any substance. A consistent prayer life alone, and with other believers...(wherever two or more...there will I be in the midst of them), yields the sweet fruit of faith. It is in a prayer bathed life that our King's presence is never far away, and sensitizes us to the facts that He alone is our confidence and source, and completeness in Him. I pray that all the saints even as you have done for God's glory will continually remind one another the He is a God who desires to be near and is ever drawingus-we need only obey.

    love

Yes, I have. Sometimes it is a light hand. Sometimes it is a hand that stands against the wrong I have done or am wanting to do. Both ways, it is a fearful thing to recognize...

    Hi Lois,
Wonderful promises from God that we can count on every day!
Thanks for letting me copy your post on salvation.
I sent it to quite a few of my friends who think that by just going to church for an hour a week will save them.
Thanks again for your permission to copy it!
    Hugs and love from Mary-Lou

    Hi Mel,
Thanks for visiting and leaving your heartfelt comment. Yes, I know sometimes it is a light hand and sometimes, its a hand that is heavey.
Some years ago, our Pastor was to preach on, The Heavey Hand of God, but I never got to hear it, I must have gone somewhere to sing, but wish I could have heard it.......
    God bless you and yours...
    With God's Love,
    Lois
