Baaaa!..er...that is just me be being sheepish! Now I am going to critique your poem since I have been edumacated in those ways in another site. Ahem. Your poem lines have the right bleats...I mean beats...those sheep again..and it is a bit woolly in places. Teasing aside Sharon...your poem is beautiful. I really enjoyed reading it. By the way....do you still do websites? God bless

Colin, you are a gipe!! Love your "critique" of my poem; your phrasing is sooo appropriate and hilariously sheepish. Ummm, Colin, I realize I have not TOTALLY completed your site yet but it's been a thought rattling around inside my head. I heard somewhere that it's the thought that counts, eh! So, why do you ask if I still do websites, I wonder? :-)
Awaiting your reply with bleats of joy,

I was only giving you a little hint about my site he said sheepishly and I know you want to put me into a sheep dip now. God bless

Oh, I see. A little hint, eh? You should know by now that I don't understand "hints"; they go over my head (I'm only 4' 10" you understand)!
Naw, I'd never put you in a sheep dip, nor tar you, nor any of those other things like that. I'm afraid you'd get even. LOL.
Take care, my friend. God bless,

    Hi Sharon,
Your poem was wonderful. I could feel the hurt of the one sheep who thought she wasn't good enough. Obviously, she believed the lies that Satan was filling her head with. Thankfully, she turned to Jesus and He was able to get her to think properly again and realize that He was there to love and protect and save all of the Lost Sheep. He is our wonderful Shepherd! God bless you dear one! Hugs ML

    Hi Mary Lou,
Good to hear from you. (Hey, that all rhymes!)
Yes, "this sheep" did believe the lies--for a while, until I decided to trust the Only One who has loved me unconditionally, our Jesus. Then I wrote another poem I called ONLY ONE PLACE TO BE that I'll be posting soon. How thankful I am for Jesus! How thankful I am for the family of God! How thankful I am for you, my friend! You truly are an encourager.
    God bless you.

    Hi dear Lois!
Good to hear from you. Glad you liked the poem. Yes the Lord does inspire the poems I write (and I'm sure the ones Colin writes as well!)... Isn't it wonderful how God gives us each talents and gifts?!!! I love the gifts He has given me-- especially the gift of His Son!
Have a good night, my friend.
    God bless.

Hi Sharon, God bless you for your beautiful, insightful poem, that speaks for many a sheep. All praise to the King, and true shepherd of the sheep, that tenderly and pessistently draws every lamb home. He continually bombards us with the power of His love and awakens us to the awesomeness of His faithfulness. Yea, than at last my sister as you have so well said we fling ourselves with complete abandon into the ocean of His fiery love. He likes it hot you know-see Rev.3:15kjv.

    love

    Colin my friend,
You are right: Lois is an excellent poet too and a good writer. Yes she is modest, one of the signs of a humble servant of the Lord, and a blessing to many! Thank you for the words of encouragement on her behalf! YOU are a blessing too!
