    Eric,

It need not always be reproof. Christ did not one thing wrong. Yet what did we do to him? It is simpler to just accept it is part of God's Plan. It is wise to look to see if it is reproof for something we need to correct, but to assume that is just as wrong as to deny it when it is being made evident to you.

In the context in which you speak, about "me and my problems" your focus is narrow, and in that context, this may be the best way to think about it. But the man born blind so that Christ could show his Glorious Power, how should he answer this question? The same way that Christ answered to him!

    In Truth,

I am unsure of how you mean for the blind man to handle resentment when he feels that he has been wronged by someone else? Are you speaking of his resentment over being blind? If so, that is entirely different. Other than that, I think that he would need to still look vertically to Christ and treat it as if He had said or done the thing that he feels is wronging him. That way he would not begin grumbling and scheming at how to exact revenge for the perceived wrong. Am I understanding your comment properly?

    In Christ,
    ~Eric
