The "Not Engaged" and the "actively engaged" have been no real surprise to me. I knew about the Frozen Chosen and I was activly enaged myself. I posted some thoughts on that lately.
The "Actively Disengaged", who are a detriment to the company, kinda surprised me. I never thought that there would be people who seem to actually want to damage the church, because they don't like the direction that its heading. Not any big theological point, just because the worship is getting younger or whatever. I mean, if you have different preferences, go somewhere else, but don't stay so you can cause strife.
WE all have gifts to use within the church. If you look carefully they always are connected to unity. The model is the whole church, working together beautifully, making a happy team, supporting each other, reaching the world

My blog, your blog, who's boog is it, really? Sometimes the "Acively Disengaged" are opposing something. Maybe it is someone. Maybe just rage. I heard a story, maybe even on one of these blogs about resistance to change. A man was so upset about a change in the status quo of the format of the church services being changed that he came to church and shot the Pastor dead, right there, like that! I cannot begin to understand!
