The beauty of the whole scenario is that you do not have to be knowledgeable about Judaism, but knowledgeable about Jesus. Your witness in the way you live your life will come across in more powerful way, than all the ins & outs of being a Jew. Be encouraged, love is the key to whole thing, keep up the good work, our God will see it through.

Trying looking at something like www.jewsforjesus.org
I am sure that if you can't find something on their website, you could email them and they could dirct you in what to do. Worth a shot.
Fantastic to hear how willing you are to tell who you can but still keep them as a person in mind.
