Hey, Daddy, did I tell you that APU had a free showing of End of the Spear? Anyway, Amy, Megan and I all went to see it the Wednesday before it came out in theaters. Amy and I liked everything but the music which seemed a little inappropriate at times. Megan thought it served its purpose, but disapproved of it as a movie and because it is designed to reach Americans. She feels our efforts should be spent helping people with less advantages find God. I think it's one of her blindspots. It isn't like we Americans don't have quite a few blindspots about other cultures. Anyway, I hope living here for a few years will help her see some positive things about America in the midst of all the negative things.
