Mel, we understand - just look at the time gaps between some of our postings if you don't believe me! :-)
Don't feel guilty about it. This is a wonderful site, to be sure, and it refreshes me when I visit, but I don't think God is holding it against any of us if we're not here on a daily basis. We sure don't hold it against each other - that would just be ridiculous.
As for posting, your blog is just that - YOUR blog. You don't have to read a certain number of other posts before you post something on your own blog, for goodness' sake! It's not like this is Moontown Cafe or something (it's a poetry website, where you are expected to leave other poets some feedback and not just post your own poems willy-nilly). It's good for us to read each other's posts and comment on them, but a blog is ultimately an online diary; you can post on it whenever you want.

I understand, and also agree with Traci, but at times, when I haven't seen your heartprints, I began to wonder, if all is well with you and your family. I always enjoy your post and comments. Just post when you are inspired to do so......

Hi Mel believe me I understand. I enjoy this site tremendously too, but there are times too, just as it is with others when I cant go online. I too miss the saints that do not show up after a while,in concern and also because I miss them, and wonder if all is well.

Hey Mel - Look at me, sporadic - that's all I can say. My request for a more daily post was made out of friendship - showing that I missed you. Never realised that it would become a burden on you. Forgive me please.

I agree that it is my blog as much as anything in this world is mine. But, to think anything is mine is self-centeredness. Even my life is not my own. That is my point of view. Do not think that I set for myslef a rule that I will not post if I cannot read other's posts first. I make no such hard and fast rules.

You do not burden me. I burden myself. Don't even take any blame for what you say in love, dear sister. There is nothing to forgive, but, you're forgiven anyways, should I be wrong and there were something to forgive that I know not about.
