Hi Marsha, I enjoyed your post on genesis. It certainly gives pause for reflection, and insight. It's unsusual to find many posts on genesis, dear sister, so I will be looking forward to your next posts. You are always a blessing to me sweet sister.

I always think of Genetic's when this part of Genesis is read. Some scientists want to totally discredit these passages, and in their short sightedness, nay, BLINDNESS, they simply forget about one important fact that they acknowledge without acknowledging the depth of understanding in these passages that clearly was beyond the cleverness of those they ascribe have made this up.
It is simply this:
Women's genetic set is a subset of Man's genetic set. Man's is a superset. This taking a part out of Adam, in its symbolism, reflects that very fact.
Is this coincidence? By itself, maybe so. You see these things everywhere in creation and its explanation in the Word of God. Beyond the farthest star we can imagine, beyond what we can see, God is there. If the science ever becomes pure and complete knowledge, from within the smallest subatomic particle we can determine, God'd power will be there holding everything together.
Stare into Truth and Do Not Flinch. Then you will see God as he wants you to see him!
