Hi Lois, thanks for a truly wonderful post. Yes, the Holy Spirit is our inerrent teacher, comforter, intercessor, who continually points the way to Jesus, and causes growth in His branches. Thank God we can count on His pruning, which sometimes hurts-but leads to producing fruit of the right kind. May our Lord cause us His children to continually humble ourselves under His mighty and will, rather than our own. God bless you and yours, dear sister.

Hi Lois, yes it is so important to hear and do the word. Indeed, dear sister, we must feed on the word God, and draw water from the well of salvation, so that Jesus can grow us in His love wisdom and knowledge. Out of a full spiritual plate, being well fed in the word by all that our Lord supplies, we can demonstrate the life of the spirit and reflect the character and nature of the Lamb, being an able witness in all we say and do. Thanks for a helfty serving of the Spirit of Grace, my sister.
