But he is correct in thinking foreigners see cruelty and evilness in the ongoing imprisonment and treatment of alleged terrorists. And he is correct foreigners question the motifs for the war in Iraq.

Yes, you are not only welcome, but treasured. And, yes, I understand what you are saying about 'how the world views this'. But I also understand that even our perceptions of reality is along the lines of how it is presented to us. I feel we must get to the truth that underlies what is being said, and to not do so is to participate in the falsehood and become a willing ally to the 'Father of Lies'. Our questioning must not be just simply glossing over the questions asked by others and taking their spoon fed (and possibly manipulated) answers and just make them our own. Our questioning must be sincere, or it is worth nothing and is just vain posturing to keep up our own good appearances.
