What some people don't seem to realize is that God's judgement is love.
I wouldn't want a wimpy God who just lets people abuse or take advantage of other people and get away with it...that is not love at all.
Being judgemental means that you have a standard of right and wrong. Anything that causes harm to someone else is wrong and should be dealt with accordingly. To not judge unrighteousness, in my opinion, would be hatred, because it shows that you are unconcerned about the welfare of others.
I don't believe God's judgement is the opposite of God's love... but that it is the expression of it.
