I pray that you will be blessed in your walk with Christ, as your faith continues to bloom and grow! Sister, as Christians we all have work to do and I know myself, that my relationship with the Lord takes work "for all are sinners and fall short of his glory." May you find support in your brothers and sisters in Christ, and may you find your strength and comfort in the arms of our Lord. It sounds that He has you on a wonderful path of learning.

A big welcome to you. The christian walk is not easy by any measure, but it has made my life fun and exciting and I wouldn't change it for the world!

You know, I think we are all guilty, at one point or another, of doing the very same thing, "just when I worry or need help with my messed up human life."
We need to learn to walk with the Lord moment by moment. Sadly, that doesn't come to us naturally, but with God all things are possible.
I'm new myself here, but welcome.
