I cannot imagine your thoughts, so you just pouring them out is just fine with me. That your steps are guided by your faith and trust in the Lord to make your decision the right one is good. I firmly believe that he can cover up our greatest blunders if, like a child, we do them with complete trust in him. So, as fearful as this must be, peace should be yours. (not that I would be perfect in this, but I would give it my best try)
