there was a very bad housing project in my area that was full of crime. Funny thing is a church went in there teaching some of the things you mentioned, and all hell broke lose. The place became ten times worse, so full of murders, rapes, robbery and many other crimes that it had to be torn down. One of these days somebody is going to have to account for causing all this kind of trouble.
