And this is as I believe, as well. Let us be careful in the way we approach this, from both sides of this issue. Remember what it says about your brother and his faith and how we are not to treat him. Accept him who's faith is weak. To some, water baptism is taught as doctrinally the only way that one can becomes saved. If that is what their faith says to them, then that is truely what they must follow. If someone, who is taught this, and has trouble with this, gently explain why you think they are confused. But don't seek to attack the faith of others on this, and only gently defend your understanding, in faith, as you must. Even then be gentle and humble.
