I will hold back on flat out telling you my thoughts here, but I will give you two hints:
1.) It has something to do with the meaning behind forcing you to go a mile.
2.) It has something further to do with the thought of how we treat our enenmies and our brothers and sisters and what it is we oppose.
That may be too much; it might be too easy. However, you could probably pull something else out of these passages as well. Pray for wisdom. Pray for enlightenment. And when you get it, share it with all who will listen.
