Other than the obvious, it just reminds me of Leviticus 19.18.

Sometimes in doing what is right, we are persecuted, but that is to be expected and there will come a day where your enemies will be crushed.

Brought lots of thoughts flying through my head. Not even back a dy and you got me thinking already.

    :O)

The biggest contrast is justice and mercy. It speaks to my situation now...

When in doubt, ask yourself if Jesus were in your situation, how would he react / act ? Then walk in His ways no matter what it might mean to you knowing that the Lord will deal out the justice and mercy on whom He chooses. Do what is right and let the Lord do the rest. If there will be a possibility you might one day regret doing something, then simply DON"T do it. Take it on the cheek and don't punch back. Am I making sense?

Hoping that you have a really good and happy weekend.

    God Bless

Looking at this kind of made me think about a criticism i have often heard about the fact that there are so many Bible translations that you just have to figure somewhere something has to be wrong, funny thing though no matter how many you read they pretty much all say the same thing.
    Be blessed

To be sure, there are differences. But even as old testament verses are paraphrased in another language in the new testament, the meaning behnd the words is still the same. You just have to be willing to dig a litle bit for it sometimes. One that comes to my mind is the word "love" as it is in the bible. Another is "judge" and "judgement". At times the meaning is dilluted in the translation. The truth is still there, though...

    Be Blessed as Well,
