Mel, it seems you've had a lot on your mind recently about each of us taking our God-given places in the home, the local church, the Body of Christ, and society at large. If I read these posts correctly, the points you're driving at are as follows:
1. God has given each of us a role or roles to fulfill within the contexts of our families, our local church bodies, the global Body of Christ, and society in general.
2. He will hold us accountable for how we fulfill those roles, not for determining our salvation (which comes through accepting the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross as the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not through any works we may do), but for determining what rewards we will receive from the Lord, if any (the Bible talks about us being rewarded for our works, and also about jewels in our crowns - even about different kinds of crowns, in fact - so this idea should not offend or shock anyone who is familiar with Scripture).
3. In order to live a life that glorifies and honors God, we need to fulfill these roles to the best of our ability as we are led and empowered by the Holy Spirit. We should not hand over these roles to others, or allow others to take these roles from us by coercion or manipulation.
4. We should not attempt to fulfill a role that isn't ours to fulfill in the first place.
Have I gotten the gist of it? Did I leave anything out?

Traci,
My dear sister, I think you pretty much nailed it, and managed to say it much more consicely than I! Certainly, I have the little esoteric things rattling around and making noise as well, but if they distract from the main point/thrust, they are not important. (so you can ignore the noise.)
AMEN,
Mel
