Amen! Bro.Bob, you have hit the nail on the head.....I have often wonder what God thinks and how He feel,when people go to church, as a routine or to be seen, leave the house of worship, and never know that they have been there....
Matthew 15:8 -- This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoreth me with their lips; but their heart if far from me.
Also Isiah 29:13.
The enemy has rocked a lot of christians to sleep.....
Makes one wonder sometimes when you visit other churches, is the Lord in this place, because the word says, The spirit itself beareth witness with our Spirit, that we are the children of God.....

This is what made me leave my original "birth religion" and turn to nondenominational churches. My church is open every day. There are praise and worship sessions, pursuit groups, small groups, bible studies--you name it, it is there. I go to church every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. I would go every day if I had access to a car on those days, so I have to use my home prayer. However, I devote every day to the Lord, as He has asked us to do.
Some religions just have done the "dress up and look Christian" days as worship, and forget that there are 6 other days to the week. Each day should be set aside for the Lord--not just one day. I totally agree with this beautiful message you have written as a reminder to all of us. Praise God!
