A mass murderer... not. But you did get the lesson. You see.. Jesus died for us all... mass murderers and mouth murderers... He paid the penalty for my sin and that makes me forever grateful to Him. Not only that, God continues to bless me and forgive me... and since the Bible is without error and Paul said that he was the chief of sinners.... that would still be correct because I had not been born yet!

God wants us to recognize the extent of our need for Him so that we can know that He has much more grace than what we all need!

What a practical teaching of an everyday occurence. We ahve all been there, its what you do after its all over that counts, you did not go ahead with your thoughts!. You put them in your personal testamony to the love of a personal saviour.
Thats what counts, is not our God's Forgiveness AWESOME?

Okay...you been following me? I guess if there is one that this doesn't reach, that one needs to be teaching me.
    Thanks, Jon!

Brother, I am sitting right next to you in The Courthouse. We are both forgiven. How unworthy I feel saying that, but how blessed I am with knowing it, without any doubt.

God loves us! I needed to hear this message. I probably was about to slay a few myself. Instead, I am going to pray.

    God Bless,
    Kelly

What an awesome revelation. I look around and see how God is revealing more of Himself to everybody. Sometimes a rivival needn't to announced years before it actually happens. God spirit is roaming the earth right now looking to see who He can teach, who will learn, and who will follow.........

    God Bless

Hi I take time at this late date to tell you a story. Years ago, a young man like yourself, a potential elder, at that time a leader of a prayer & bible study group, asked the same question, how secure was he in God's love? He also had been a believer since boyhood & had never done anything wrong, that is major.
I was a visitor that night & we discussed it thus:
Peter went into the empty tomb & walked away puzzled, Mary went in & hung around to meet the gardiner, Jesus, & learned the truth. John looked into the tomb saw the grave clothes & IMMEDIATELY believed. That is where you are immediately believing!! Many people will talk about original sin etc. but I think believing is all that matters, a young person who believes, is an asset to anyone, think Paul & Timothy who from his infancy knew the scriptures & the truth. 2 Tim. 3:15ff
Be bold Jon, the Lord your God is with you, when I read your posts you so remind me of that young man all those years ago, his name is David Gilmour, a lovely christian I heard him open a Brethren breaking of bread service last January in Ayr Scotland at Riverside Evangelical Church. A gifted servant. I think you are like that a gifted servant.
Is our God not Awesome to bless us with gifts & talents.
    Love in His Name Stuart
