I am pretty sure you meant 'discipling other believers.'
But anyways, I got the point. Most people think the reward when they do a 'good thing' is that they will be recognized by God for it and that the blessing lies ahead. The beauty of it is, their reward is already given, if good was done in their heart. We (most of us, I think) understand that about seeking truth and/or wisdom/knowledge, but we seem to miss the connection when it comes to what we do. Or at least I do, at times...
