Admittedly, I too struggled making that time and still don't make enough time (as far as I am concerned). I think everyone goes through these stages, but what is important is how quickly you act upon it once it's been brought to your attention. It took a lot of self sacrifice from my side, but I'm trying.
    All the best.

PS - The more time I spend in His presence, the more time I want to spend with Him. Isn't it funny?

Kinda seems like the older we get in Christ, the less we cling to Him. When we are first introduced, we have an inate zeal that carries us, an excitement that compels us. What happens to us as we get "more mature", that causes us to be less zealous? Is it more of our own drive that wanes or is it God expecting us to stand upright without having to be carried?
What happens to that "first love" passion?

It's like falling in love. Eventually the butterflies dissapear. Why? Good remarks Teri.

My main Blog is a way to hold myself accoutable to get into God's word at least once a day.

If I must be willing to rebuke you if need be, I expect the same from you there brother!

Yes, Teri, I too have experienced that. Yes, Lee, that first newlywed blush does fade. Love, however, is a choice more than just that feeling. Do, and the passion follows. Do not, and it fades.
