The Hebrews put great stock in the ability of their Levitical Priesthood to speak to God on their behalf. Yet, a greater Priest was needed. We have Christ as our High Priest, and the moment we put him on, we become Christ and can talk to God.
Be humble, as Christ was. Submit to God's will for you, his good and perfect will.

I am a bit shell shocked Mel. Reading all your comments on other blogs has blown me a way. It's like something HUGE recently happened in your life and we can now see the results. This is a new side of you and I literally stand in awe. Perhaps reading Proverbs rubbed plenty wisdom off onto you???????? lol
