My dear Sister in Christ, Holly, That blood pressure is nothing to shrug off. I, myself, hid it for years and tried to ignore it and then I had a mini stroke! Thanks to our heavenly Father, I am fine today but now must take six different pills everyday. Do not let it slide and do what your doc says. Blessings to you, hugsml
