One reason to get others to examine the words you teach is to get them to examine everything themselves. Even the "silly" questions, childish as they might seem, are of great value, because they represent something that caused them to be asked: Seeking in the Word...

Hi Jon,
Everyone should examine the Scriptures that is taught...this way they can learn and they will grow stronger in their faith. Also will know if they are hearing the true word.....

Wow, great statement to make. SOunds like he learnt alot and if had another opportunity would change much of what was ordiginally done. What a great lesson. It smells of lots of wisdom and humility.
