It says "... the world was made through him." This is the key. At the time of Jesus something new was institutionalized. John the Baptist created something new. Since Adam, the world had been looked upon as an opposition to God. Not a hostile opposition, but an opposition as the wife is different from her husband. The world had been looked upon as the wife to God. And the Law is as given to the wife. But John the Baptist said: The world is like a son to God. And Jesus proved him right. This was revolutionary, in a way, and many did not get it.
THE SPIRIT KIND
Heaven, firmament and earth,
thought, and will and words of worth,
Father, Holy Spirit, Son –
being so is having fun!
By the firmament we get
reinforcement, fresh and wet.
Day and night show lights of kind –
either that or three kinds mind.
As the firmament, as love,
also noise by from above,
we shall ourselves set free,
elegant and holy be.
