Pat, isn't that just wonderful. We (the four kids) also used to get together once a year to commemorate my mom. This year in July it was 10 years and unfortunatly the tradition has died. Don't loose the hike. Our day together was special and it's kinda sad that we gave up on it. Anyway, my youngest brother moved to the UK and it's just not the same anymore. However I cannot wait, for in the words of my daughter (then 4) "What a wonderful day it will be when you get to heaven and see your mommy again"
Have an awesome week, filled with peace and the comfort knowing that you will again meet ...

Hi Pat, the photo reminds me of taking the narrow path, instead of the wide road. It's beautiful ! I really like all the colorful leaves too!

Hello Pat, Sometimes to remember can be painfull, and sometimes it can be a great joy. My dad is now gone for 14 years. And I really miss him so much. I became a christian 7 months before he died. And he had been one for 3 years.There is still so much I would like to share with him. Sometimes I feel so lonely.
thats why I love reading this blog. To see the way that you handle the big lost in your life. But theres always something that reminds you of things that you still wanted to say. ...and casn't. Thanks Pat...

Ohh, thanks for visiting Judy. Yes, you've been dear friends for so many years (almost 40?) and how happy Jack would be to be able to attend your baptism, Norm. He prayed for you without fail for all those years that you'd be saved and then baptized. I'm so happy.
Judy, get well! Don't type too much with that other arm in that cast!
