I realize this is from the Bible and probably from one of God's wisest creations however I would have to disagree unless that wisdom is an understanding of the word
Be blessed or as my daughter pointed out to me that should say God bless

I may have said that wrong, it is not that I disagree with the Bible it is more I believe that wisdom and understanding need to work together which is what the verse is saying but I think that without the understanding the wisdom is a mute point. Does that make sense?

Reading Proverbs, a definate distinction is made between wisdom and understanding, and althought many times the two would go together, they must be requested and seeked for separately. But that's just my point of veiw.
What amazes me is the fact that everytime I read Proverbs, wisdom comes across to me as more and more special. So soft, subtle and gentle, something so precious. Something to be nurtured and cherished with your all. In my quest for the seeking of wisdom, I realise just what a blessing it is to grab hold of her.
    God Bless

The wisdom spoken of in the book of Proverbs is always understood as the wisdom that comes from God(the Word). As a children of God, we also know that knowledge and understanding come from Him as well. The defining line between the two is oftentimes summed up in this: Knowledge of God and His word should be exhibited when one speaks; wisdom when one does not speak.

    Amen and Amen.

And because I am lazy, I read Proverbs again. Today is the 8th, so what chapter should I read?

    My, My, My,

    With a small smile,
