Oh, that I may see a day like that!

    In His service

Recently we had to close three small churches, their time had quite simply come to an end, the land was sold to developers & with the mone we started to build a modern practical purpose built House of God, which could be used in a variety of ways. The three villages being in close proximity came together in the new building.
The day of the opening ceremony came at last & the Bible which was the last item to leave the old buildings, was the first thing to be taken into the new & placed on the lectern. The singing was wonderful to hear & I can imagine it in contrast to Ezra's temple building.
What a wonderful verse which reminded me of that first day in Stoneyburn, West Lothian, Scotland.
    Praise the Lord

Sorry for the correction Stuart but I find it hard to believe you closed churches maybe the buildings but walls do not make a church
    God bless

Stuart, what a wonderful day it must have been to see these 3 villages come together as one. Praise God

Lee, I think we tend to do that from time to time. If I thought it was mean spirited, I'd rebuke him, but I hope there was humor behind that slight correcting observation.

It was not intended to be crass I have much respect for Stuart and was simply the fact that sarcasm seems to jump out of me
    Be blessed

Mel, I am hoping that Ross took it for what it meant. He's used to getting whacked on the side of the head by me! ;O)
    All good
Are you now making my job all that more difficult by sticking up for him?
    LOL ;)
