Mel, I thought I would justify what I wrote on Tim's blog. I have been praying for him since this all started. Been encouraging him along with everyone else. I have been through an almost failed marraige and felt what he has felt, and only when one steps up to the plate, will we see God move and change the circumstances. It starts with you and your attitude and incorporates God as the driving force. I understand being angry with God, but the longer you are in that frame of mind, the worse it gets.
Is being honest with somebody the incorrect thing to do? Or do you just continue with the hairy fairy stuff and let them self destruct? Remember that you might not have reached the same point I have as this started almost 3 months ago.
I am a firm believer of the scripture you posted as I have, like many many many of you out there had a time where I stood on this very scripture and God revealed to me how awesome He is.
Just so you know, my comments come from a very loving heart.
    God Bless

I took your comments in no bad light. And what I think and my response is not as important as Tim's. You prod and encourage. That is how we can offer our feeble help. Ultimately it is not us, but God that does it all...

Tim tried holding the blame at first and He didn't get the results he hoped for. I think he is at a place now where he expects God to just say okay Tim you messed up but go ahead and try aagain heres your wife back no harm done and I think we can probably all attest to the fact God doesn't work that way. It is a hard lesson to live with but God wants him to grow not just settle back into old habits. He has to learn and by blaming God he still has a ways to go
Be blessed and continue to pray for him
