I think Halloween is evil. When we were young we did not know any better and looked forward to ducking for apples and eating nuts and setting off fireworks. We also enjoyed making false faces at school. I do not think we tricked or treated. We just went ahead and tricked anyway. It was mostly innocent fun. This was what we looked forward to and never thought about witches or demons or whatever. Tell me what you think about Santa and Christmas. This was another time we looked forward to with innocence.

I love "Christmas Time" ~"Jesus" is the reason for the season!...I think "Santa" is not as innocent? As some claim......?

Hi Marsha. How many Santas? I used to be one!!
That is until my two boys grew up. I love Christmas too but is it because of the lights' the tree, the turkey, the presents etc. These things are all lovely but not what Christmas is about. Do we go along with the traditions because they are nice or do we tell the truth and tell the children there is no Santa?

Hi Colin. If? we, (I) tell the children there is no Santa? Then we would have to tell them reindeers cant fly, there is no "Rudolph"?, no "North Pole"? Worst of all "NO PRESENTS"!?.. There are Santas that take presents to children that are in the hospital. I do not have the heart to be the one to say there is "No Santa"? If you tell one kid there is no "Santa"? the word gets out fast! Then you have to prove it! Beyond reasonable doubt. (smile)...
It is out of control.!
What would "Jesus" do?
