Were the guys that wanted to stone her..window peeking? How did they know what she was doing?
    Were they without sin..No!

What do you think "Jesus" kept writing on the ground?

We can only guess what Jesus was writing. Perhaps He was a doodler like me. When some one talks to me one the phone I have to doodle on a piece of paper. Many a good drawing I have done! I heard a beautiful song once about what Jesus might have been writing. It was very interesting.
Another thing; when I am down the garden; if I am inspired to write a poem' where do you think I write it because knowing me; the time I would get in the house; I would have forgot what I was thinking.

    God bless
    Colin

I heard someone postulate (I think it was on one of the logs here, even)that Christ may have been drawing pictures that made it clear that he knew of their self same sins. In other words, some of her accusers could not help but know of her adultery because they themselves were involved! Nothing that I can see scripturally supports this, but neither does it deny this possiblity. Just one of those hmm things. If they had ben in her bed and she were stoned, and then they were later found out, what would be the consequences for them? Becasue I do understand not judging lest you be judged, and being judged by the same measure, etc, this becomes very plausible.

    In Christ,

    Mel

Hi Mel, that would explain how they knew so much..themselves being involved? hmm!
    I thought they might be.

I am sorry Marsha but I forget the name of the song and who I heard singing it. We have quite a lot of gospel programnes on the radio here (N. Ireland) and some good singers of the gospel. I will listen out for it and let you know.
    God bless
