    Hi Mel,

The scripture Acts 7:60 --Stephen's prayer demonstrates that he was speaking the truth in love, not malice.

Scripture 8:1-4 -- The earlier persecution of chapters 4 and 5 involved persecutions of the Chrisitian leaders, the apostles, by the Jewish leaders, primarily the priest. This persecution is much more severe, since it involves the laypeople and since it comes for the unrelenting hand of Saul. Yet God's work prospers in that the gospel is widely spread outside Jerusalem.

    God bless!
    With God's Love..........

And they were scattered, and Saul became Paul, being forgiven of much, which he undoubtedly could never forget, which made him both humble and bold!!!

Such is not a plan that you or I would make...

    Thanks Lois,

    Mel
