Hi Marsha, When Jesus knocks, open the door, and let Him into your heart. I'm so glad one day, He knocked, and I let Him in my heart, He abides with me now and forever....Amen!!!

How polite Jesus is to knock. Some people I know just open the door and walk on in without even wiping their feet. I am so glad that Jesus knocked my door as a young boy and how eager I was to let Him in because I wanted His love and friendship. I was badly treated and knew many tears but I had heard of a place called Heaven where God would wipe every tear away and oh how I longed to go there for my life was but misery. I did not perhaps understand all at that time about being saved but Jesus was my only friend as a lonely boy. How I poured out my broken heart to Him at times.He has walked with me over forty years and if He was not already in my heart I would ask Him in every day. Please anyone. do not keep Him knocking. Let Him in. It is the best thing you will ever do. Some of my poems are testimony poems or of things I have experienced and why I had a childhood like I had; I do not know; but it gives me the feeling and depth I try to put into each verse
I cannot give you my full testimony here out of respect for some people or to let sleeping dogs lie but believe me; I know Jesus is real!
