Somehow there is a different grace about those living by God strength. When pride creeps in the back door, I bet God's strength is a bit harder to find.....

God bless you for visiting and leaving your heartfelt comment. Always a blessing to know you have stopped by. Without God strength, a person will be doing things on their own. Here comes pride, one of the things that God hates. We know that pride comes before a fall.
When we live in God's strength, we do our best and God does the rest. We know all is well.

Yes, Lee, you understand part of my struggle. What have I to be proud of? What have I done that God could not do for Himself? If it is by my mighty hand (yeah, right) who gave even that to me? And still I struggle with this very thing.
It is stupid flesh! And everything I do, is not for God's good. No, of this I am certain. He allows me to do these things for my good. If you are served in the process and His Glory is made manifest, that is also for MY GOOD! And I have the nerve to boast of these things? What are they but what God has done for us through His Son Christ Jesus that even allows us to do anything for Him?!?
Is it any wonder I fall down so often?
