Be ready in and out of season is how Paul put it to Timothy.
I say that to speak the word of God at every opportunity, and it will plant itself. Sow this indiscriminately. Throw it even where you might think the soil is no good. Failing to do this is tantamount to casting judgement.
This is a great failing of mine: the excuse that "They just don't want to hear it." I need to remain mindful of the parable of the sower. Where did he spread the Word? EVERYWHERE!!!
Wise words, Lois. No excuses, for that is all they really are!!!

Another wonderful message of encouragement and service for our God.
We are to be His Ambassadors spreading His gospel message to all.
Yes, Lord I accept Your commission and will be a shining beacon of Your love to all I meet.
Especially today with the evil occuring in New York State, I will pray and plead for Your protection over the entire population.
Please watch over your sheep and keep the evil ones from penetrating their hearts or minds.
We worship You and praise You and thank You for being our loving God.

Dear Lois,
What an encouragement (and command!) to be telling others of the Gospel. I have felt guilty because I do not "get out" but believe now those feelings were from the enemy of our souls. "Let's discourage her and she'll be rendered useless because of lack of trust in her Lord"... hmmm? Well, I can't do much but what little I can do I shall do in the power of the Holy Spirit! I can't speak to "everyone" but I can speak to some in the Name of the Lord! and I believe that's all He asks: do what we can where we can under His authority and with His strength.
By the way, thank you and bless you Mary Lou for that anointed prayer.
