Do you speak German, Lois? I wrote a poem in German, once, about this. 
NICTHS WIE LOS
Was machen sie wenn nichts mehr nützt,
wenn Wind und Wetter Steuer herrschen
und Gluck allein ist was beschützt?
Sie danke Gott der Vater ist
und fühlen gar als nordischen.

Thanks Anders for stopping by. No, I don't speak German, but I had French in High Sschool, can't remember much of it now. Have you written this in German? I believe you can speak in many different languages.

The poem says something about being on the sea in stormy weather experiencing nothing works any longer, when the helm is taken over by the elements and luck is what rules. Then you thank God the Father and feel like a Scandinavian ...
