The feast of the Tabernacles(Booths) had thanksgiving as its essential character....It was know in Solomon's time. Evidently this was the first time that all the congregation of them that were come again out of the captivity made booths and took part. The reading of the law was one of the prescribed features of the Feast of Tabernacles. Deut.31:9-13 ...

I was unaware again, of all of this. I should understand it better. I think their is a reason that the Old Books hold so much interest for me tright now...
