Here is a comment I posted on a post a couple days ago... referring to the issue of leaving a church....
Hey.... This is a tough question and I have been there as both a member and as a pastor and the time came for me to leave and I knew in my spirit that the time had ome. Sometimes the Lord stirs our heart to move for a variety of reasons. Sometimes it is for our benefit; sometimes it is for the benefit of those that God is sending us to and sometimes He moves us because of things that are taking place where we are or even more important... because of things that may soon begin to take place.
If it is the Lord speaking to your heart then listen. If it is the devil then recognize it and resist it. The Lord will reveal Himself and His will to you and there is a marked difference between God's nudge and the devil's push!

Hi Jon, Don't be gone to long on your break, as we all need you....Bro. Bob, gave a good comment, think twice before you make a move...As you know God leads and the Devil pushes.....When you are wondering if I should go here or go there, do this or do this, just remember, when it is God's will, you will have HIS PERFECT PEACE...........
