I enjoyed your post, so POWERFUL. Yes, we must with utter dedication pluck, pull down, and shatter any idol that tries to take hold of our hearts. Jesus alone is worthy of our worship. Let God arise, and let all idols be shattered!

Hi Brenda.There are so many idols in the world today
But as followers of Christ we must not fall prey to worshiping any other than
our Lord Jesus Christ.

Wow, Brenda, I am doing a Bible study and today Hezakiah was the king that I was studying.
He was great at clearing out all the idolatry but then he let his pride get in the way.
He let down his guard and enjoyed the approval of the godless.
What an interesting story.
