    Mark 4:2; Job 5:1-3

Mark 4:2 King James Version (KJV)

And he taught them many things by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine,

Mark 4:2 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

He used stories to teach them many things, and this is part of what he taught:

    These are my thoughts.

Sometimes a story can help us better understand things, the Lord wanted people to understand, those that did not was because they refused to believe by faith.

    Job 5:1-3King James Version (KJV)

Call now, if there be any that will answer thee; and to which of the saints wilt thou turn?

For wrath killeth the foolish man, and envy slayeth the silly one.

I have seen the foolish taking root: but suddenly I cursed his habitation.

Job 5:1-3 Good News Translation (GNT)

Call out, Job. See if anyone answers.

Is there any angel to whom you can turn?
To worry yourself to death with resentment
would be a foolish, senseless thing to do.
I have seen fools who looked secure,
but I called down a sudden curse on their homes.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.

1 We as Christians should say prayers and call out to the Lord, God will hear us if we are His followers, He only hears the sinners prayer from the lost. We should not rely on angels but only on the Lord, who may send us and angel.

2 Worry does not do any good, Jesus taught about worrying and said it can not add a day to our lives, we put our trust in the One who has control.

3 We should not curse others, and we as Christians should pray for the foolish, this are the ones that do not accept Jesus.

    Keep our eyes on Jesus.

    Mark 4:1;

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=II4f_WT-vkQ

Mark 4:1 King James Version (KJV)

And he began again to teach by the sea side: and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship, and sat in the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land.

Mark 4:1 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

    A Story about a Farmer

The next time Jesus taught beside Lake Galilee, a big crowd gathered. It was so large that he had to sit in a boat out on the lake, while the people stood on the shore.

    These are my thoughts.

Many have to come Jesus but not all of them would follow Him.

Job 4:19-21 King James Version (KJV)

19 How much less in them that dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, which are crushed before the moth?

20 They are destroyed from morning to evening: they perish for ever without any regarding it.

21 Doth not their excellency which is in them go away? they die, even without wisdom.

Job 4:19-21 Good News Translation (GNT)

19 Do you think he will trust a creature of clay,
a thing of dust that can be crushed like a moth?
20 We may be alive in the morning,
but die unnoticed before evening comes.
    21 All that we have is taken away;
     we die, still lacking wisdom.”

These are my thoughts, please share yours.

19 Man was first made from the dust of the ground, but man was far more important to God than dust is, man was important enough for Christ to die for man, yes many things can harm us but God loves us.

20 It is a sad though when people die and there are not found till days later because they were not missed, it is a very lonely presence. God wants a relationship with us and once He has this with us He will never forget us.

21 Death will come to us all if Christ does not first come back. We will never gain all the wisdom there is to gain, God is the Wise.

    Mark 3:35; Job 4:17-18

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8RhMVP-eT8

Mark 3:35 King James Version (KJV)

35 For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.

Mark 3:35 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

35 Anyone who obeys God is my brother or sister or mother.”

Contemporary English Version (CEV) Copyright © 1995 by American Bible Society

    These are my thoughts.

When we follow that makes us apart of His family because we are accepting Him as our Lord and Savior.

Job 4:17-18 King James Version (KJV)

17 Shall mortal man be more just than God? shall a man be more pure than his maker?

18 Behold, he put no trust in his servants; and his angels he charged with folly:

Job 4:17-18 Good News Translation (GNT)

17 “Can anyone be righteous in the sight of God
or be pure before his Creator?
    18 God does not trust his heavenly servants;
he finds fault even with his angels.

Good News Translation (GNT) Copyright © 1992 by American Bible Society

These are my thoughts, please share yours.

17 We can not be righteous on our own that is why Jesus had to come to die for us. We are sinful and without Him we are headed fro judgment. It is only by our faith in the Lord and His word that we are made righteous by Christ.

18 The devil was an angel who fell, which means that even the angels can go against God’s will and do what is wrong.

    Keep our eyes on Jesus.

    Mark 3:34; Job 4:16

Mark 3:34 King James Version (KJV)

34 And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!

Mark 3:34 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

34 Then he looked at the people sitting around him and said, “Here are my mother and my brothers.

    These are my thoughts.

As Christians our most important family is not of this world but is in the blood of Christ.

Job 4:16 King James Version (KJV)

16 It stood still, but I could not discern the form thereof: an image was before mine eyes, there was silence, and I heard a voice, saying,

Job 4:16 Good News Translation (GNT)

    16 I could see something standing there;
I stared, but couldn't tell what it was.
Then I heard a voice out of the silence:

Often times this is how God chooses to speak but the devil will often imitate God so people listen to what he has to say and follow after Him, the words spoken are important because that will tell us who it is as Christians if God speaks to us the Spirit that is within us will be moved. Often time’s people never hear God because they never have silence.
