Good day to you today!!

I am in a very thankful mood today!  God is so good!!

I went to my sons school today to drop off his presents to his teachers and I asked to see my son.  The secrectary says "sure" then goes off into another room..,.I am thinking didnt she hear me?  She came back with my son.  He was talking with the Principle because he had a great idea for the kids in his school to show respect to eachother and he was telling the Principle his idea!!  I know that this is of God.  Remember to talk to your kids and preach God's word and God's word is true...they won't depart from it!!  WOW!!

Good Morning!

Does God wake you up to pray??  for me its usually really early in the morning when its still dark and quiet and still.  Do you ever wake up and get filled up with righteous anger??  I am so on fire right now in my spirit!  I am calm on the outside, but ready for battle in the inside.  Suffer the little children to come unto me....My son was hurt without any regard for his age or feelings...by the man I used to call husband.  Very sad....

It's the one thing I have learned the hard way.  To be pure in thought word and deed and to put God first is definately the way to go.  All the rest of the running around after a realationship just makes you tired. I may be lonely sometimes, but I am not alone...

December 13th,

My son came back from camp a changed boy!!

He said "I cant believe I am 11 now!!"  I fully intend to make sure that I give him more resposiblity around the house and proceeded to write down all chores that I expected him to do on the weekend.  Until that moment, I had just given him allowance for doing his chores, but my son really needs to learn about money...He still does'nt understand when I say I have no money for something then I really don't have it.  I wont be giving him allowance but will give him money for things when and if I  have it.  I dont want to spoil him and I think I have.  He has such a loving heart, but that gimmee thing has to go....His dad makes him do work and promices him money and then pays him later on when he haves it.  He does spoil him though.  And I know for a fact that he mouths back to his dad because I hear him talking to his dad when I call my son on the phone.  I talk to my son that he can never talk to adults like that. I wont put up with it.  I know there are others out there that have to re-program their kids when they get home from the other parent.  I dont like it..I say prayers over him. I put a hedge around him everyday. 

Dont you just love that you can call out to God and be the parent when you are not there..and even if you are.  He will always know what to do....

Good Morning!

My son comes back from his camping trip this morning.  It snowed 8 inches last night.  I just hope the school buses can make it through.  Its also his 11 Birthday today!!  I can wait to see him later tonight.  

Last night the director of Education called me to ask me if I wanted to teach the 2nd/ 3rd graders or teach the 1st/kindergarten....Both teachers are leaving....

I told her that I will teach the Dogs class.  This class is for 2nd and 3rd graders.  Dogs stands for Depend on God Soley...Cool huh!!  I cant wait!!

December 7th

Well, I did it.  I sent my son off to school camp for 5th graders.  He has never been away from either his dad or I by hiself.  He said when we were saying prayers ..who is going to tuck me in and say prayers with me?? My solution to that was to get a little journal and I wronte my prayers for each night that he would be gone.  He really liked the idea.  It gives him something to look forwad to and maybe he wont miss me so much!!
