    Phil 1:18; Heb 2:13-14

Philippians 1:18 King James Version (KJV)

18 What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.

Philippians 1:18 Lexham English Bible (LEB)

18 What is the result Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed, and in this I rejoice. But also I will rejoice,

    These are my thoughts.
Jesus is the Truth and we should rejoice as we know Him more and more as He grows us.

Hebrews 2:13-14 King James Version (KJV)

13 And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.

    14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

Hebrews 2:13-14 New Matthew Bible (NMB)

13 And again: I will put my trust in him. And again: Behold, here am I and the children that God has given me.

14 Considering then that the children were partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part with them, in order to put down through death him that had lordship over death – that is to say, the devil –

13 We need to trust our everything to the Lord and follow Him with full devotion to Him. We need to trust Him more then anything or anyone else, and know that when everything or everyone may fail us, He wont and He will be with us thru all things.
14 God came down to our level by the birth of Jesus the Son and He came to finish death and sin and the evil of the devil, this plan was started by the cross and will be fully finished when He returns.

    Mark 6:37; Jo 16:20-22

Mark 6:37 King James Version (KJV)

37 He answered and said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they say unto him, Shall we go and buy two hundred pennyworth of bread, and give them to eat?

Mark 6:37 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

37 Jesus replied, “You give them something to eat.”

But they asked him, “Don’t you know that it would take almost a year’s wages to buy all of these people something to eat?”

    These are my thoughts.
Jesus sees our need and wants to meet our needs.

Job 16:20-22 King James Version (KJV)

20 My friends scorn me: but mine eye poureth out tears unto God.

21 O that one might plead for a man with God, as a man pleadeth for his neighbour!

22 When a few years are come, then I shall go the way whence I shall not return.

Job 16:20-22 Good News Translation (GNT)

    20 My friends scorn me;

my eyes pour out tears to God.
21 I want someone to plead with God for me,
as one pleads for a friend.
22 My years are passing now,
and I walk the road of no return.

20 Job's friends instead of giving him comfort, in Job's time of so much lose and pain, they accused him of evil and claimed he brought this down on himself.

21 Job wanted an advocate and as Christians Jesus died on the cross for this very reason, He stands before God on our behalf if we are His because He paid the debt of our sins on the cross as He died for the sins of the world.

22 Job had lost hope, he didnt understand what happened nor did he see things being fixed or getting better. We have a hope thru Jesus but Job didnt know this message at his time, his time was even before the law was given by God thru Moses.

    Mark 6:36; Job 16:18-19

Mark 6:36 King James Version (KJV)
36 Send them away, that they may go into the country round about, and into the villages, and buy themselves bread: for they have nothing to eat.

Mark 6:36 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

36 Let the crowds leave, so they can go to the farms and villages near here and buy something to eat.”

    These are my thoughts.
Sometimes we want to send people away but we should always be seeking to bring people to Jesus.

Job 16:18-19 King James Version (KJV)

18 O earth, cover not thou my blood, and let my cry have no place.

19 Also now, behold, my witness is in heaven, and my record is on high.

Job 16:18-19 Good News Translation (GNT)

18 O Earth, don't hide the wrongs done to me!
Don't let my call for justice be silenced!

to stand up for me and take my side.

18 Job was suffering not because he had hidden sin but because of the fall and because of satan.

19 We as Christians have Jesus standing for us and we could have no one better.
